She may Charge enemies, and will automatically win the Fight, however she nor any model in that Fight may make Strikes. Goldberry and all friendly models within 6" automatically pass Courage tests. She may not carry objectives.

If Thrain is being used as a Good model, then Good models cannot target him with shooting, Magical Powers, or Strikes if they win fights against him.
