To change Grimbeorn's form, you may roll a D6 at the start of Beorn's Move. On a 4+, Grimbeorn transforms into a bear. Might may be used to influence this roll. Beorn may then continue his move as normal, including making Charges. Grimbeorn cannot change form if an enemy model is in base contact with him.

She automatically resists all Magical Powers, including those cast by friendly models. No models may move into his control zone, unless the controlling player allows it. Models that are Hurled, Barged or forced towards Goldberry will stop 1" away from her and suffer no further effects. She may Charge enemies, and will automatically win the Fight, however she nor any model in that Fight may make Strikes. Goldberry and all friendly models within 6" automatically pass Courage tests. She may not carry objectives.

Goldberry loses a point of Will at the end of any turn where she participated in a Fight. If she is reduced to 0 Will, or there are no other friendly models besides herself and Tom Bombadil, she wanders back off to her home and is removed as a casualty.

At the start of every Priority phase before rolling, Thrain must take an unmodified Courage test (he can never be forced to automatically pass it). If passed, he acts normally. If it is passed on a double, Thrain adds +2 to his Fight, Strength, Attack and Courage value, until the end of the turn. If the test is failed, the opposing player controls Thrain. If Thrain is being used as a Good model, then Good models cannot target him with shooting, Magical Powers, or Strikes if they win fights against him.
